1. Overview
SnipFuse is an on-device video editor. This policy explains how it handles selected videos and local editing-project data.
2. Information handled on your device
SnipFuse handles only videos you select for import and the local project data needed to edit them, such as the selected media references and editing choices. This information is used to provide importing, editing, silence-candidate review, project recovery, and export.
SnipFuse does not use an account, advertising, analytics, cloud sync, or a developer-operated server. It does not send selected videos or local project data to the developer.
3. Photos access and export
You choose videos through the system picker; SnipFuse does not automatically scan your entire photo library. When you choose to save an export, SnipFuse adds a new video asset to your photo library. It does not modify or delete the original video.
Silence candidates are suggestions only. They are never removed automatically.
4. Local storage, temporary files, and backups
Imported videos and local project data are stored on your device to let you continue editing. Temporary processing files are cleaned up when they are no longer needed. You can remove local app data by deleting the app and remove exported videos from your photo library separately.
If you enable device backups, your backup settings and Apple or your backup provider may include app data. SnipFuse does not operate or access those backups.
5. Sharing and third parties
SnipFuse does not automatically share videos or project data with third parties. If you independently share an exported video using another service or app, that recipient's privacy practices apply.

1. 概要
SnipFuseは端末内で動作する動画編集アプリです。本ポリシーでは、選択した動画と端末内の編集プロジェクトデータの取り扱いを説明します。
2. 端末内で扱う情報
SnipFuseは、ユーザーが取り込みを選んだ動画と、その編集に必要なローカルのプロジェクトデータ（選択したメディアへの参照や編集内容など）だけを扱います。これらは、取り込み、編集、無音候補の確認、プロジェクトの復元、書き出しのために使用します。
SnipFuseはアカウント、広告、分析、クラウド同期、開発者が運用するサーバーを使用しません。選択した動画やローカルのプロジェクトデータを開発者へ送信しません。
3. 写真へのアクセスと書き出し
動画はシステムの選択画面でユーザーが選びます。SnipFuseが写真ライブラリ全体を自動で走査することはありません。書き出しの保存を選んだ場合、写真ライブラリへ新しい動画を追加します。元動画を変更または削除しません。
無音候補は提案です。自動で削除されることはありません。
4. ローカル保存、一時ファイル、バックアップ
取り込んだ動画とローカルのプロジェクトデータは、編集を続けられるよう端末内へ保存します。処理に必要な一時ファイルは不要になった時点で整理します。アプリを削除すると端末内のアプリデータを削除でき、書き出した動画は写真ライブラリから別途削除できます。
端末のバックアップを有効にしている場合、バックアップ設定およびAppleまたはバックアップ提供者の仕組みにより、アプリデータが含まれることがあります。SnipFuseはこれらのバックアップを運用または閲覧しません。
5. 共有と第三者
SnipFuseが動画やプロジェクトデータを第三者へ自動送信することはありません。書き出した動画を他のサービスやアプリでご自身が共有した場合は、共有先のプライバシー方針が適用されます。
